Z.AI GLM 4.6 is the large language model family from China-based Z.AI (formerly Zhipu AI). Released both as a hosted API and as open weights, the model occupies a different position from its Western counterparts — you can run it on your own infrastructure.
In Turkey, Z.AI maintains an official representation through AI Mevzuları; as of 2025, Turkish-language task performance is one of the GLM family's standout strengths. New variants targeting code, tool-use, and very long context (1M+ tokens) are in active testing.
